This faint planetary nebula has been discovered in March 2017 by the DSH member Trygve Prestgard. It shows very symmetric bipolar shells and extends 13 by 50 arc-sec.
Its emissions are not pure O-III, but also visible in RGB, so it could be a protoplanetary nebula.
